What is included in the monthly Association fee?
The Association fee covers the maintenance of all facilities, amenities and common areas, sewers, free digital starter cable television and funds ear marked for reserves. Lawn maintenance and trash pickup are not included. Our monthly obligation assures that the community grounds and ponds are beautifully maintained. A review of fees at other comparable neighborhoods indicates that Scottish Highlands provides an affordable option for homeowners.
